Jason Kelce did not wait long to take part in a hysterical activity in retirement, jumping off the back of a firetruck and through a flaming table.

Kelce landed butt first on the flame-ridden table that broke in half under his weight, with brother Travis Kelce watching closely and laughing. The now-retired Kelce wore what appears to be a fire-retardant suit, as well as a full face mask to make the plunge onto the flaming table.

Kelce made the leap, with some of the flame carrying onto his backside, with a local firefighter patting it out on his clothing. The jump looked to be in a controlled environment ran by the Brookline Fire Company, which is based in Jason’s hometown of Havertown, Pennsylvania. Alright here we go!’ Jason said speaking into the camera for a promo for his podcast. ‘I’m Jason Kelce and welcome to New Heights,’ the former offensive lineman said before making the jump.

While the remaining flame was put out by a fireman after Kelce’s plunge, he stood next to it with his hands raised in excitement. Kelce retired from the NFL on Monday after a 13-year career. The former offensive lineman is expected to be pursued for a broadcasting career.
