Meghan Markle 'terrified she's losing control over Prince Harry's Royal Family reunion'

After Meghan and Harry’s step back from the royal family in 2020, their relationship with other royals has been strained. After the couple made comments during interviews and during their Netflix series, their relationship with the Prince and Princess of Wales has been particularly tense.

However, with Harry returning to the UK next month for an Invictus Games celebration, he’s said to be keen to resolve the fallout and the royal rift with his brother and sister-in-law especially after Kate’s cancer diagnosis. But a source claims Meghan is “unhappy” over the plans.

A source speaking to OK! magazine said: “Meghan knows she is facing a losing battle when it comes to Harry reaching out to Kate and William to try and sort through their differences, but she thinks he’s making a big mistake. She obviously feels sympathy for Kate and what she’s going through, but in her mind, it doesn’t change things.”

They added: “She wants her to make a full recovery and for the family to all be ok but four years on from leaving and she’s still upset by it all and can never fully forgive the royals for what they put her and Harry through and have never apologised.” The comments come after Meghan has launched her first product for her new luxury lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard. Meghan first announced her new lifestyle brand on March 14, and since then, there has been no further announcements, with many royal fans hoping to get their hands on some of the homewares and condiments teased by Meghan.

However, she’s now revealed her debut product for American Riviera Orchard, as it emerged she had sent 50 jars of homemade strawberry jam to friends and social media influencers on Monday. Those receiving the limited edition samples have shared them to social media, showing the small jars with handwritten labels featuring the American Riviera Orchard logo and ‘Montecito’ underneath, as well as the words “17 of 50”, indicating the batch of jam is a small production run.

With strawberry jam the first product from the brand, it’s thought that Meghan could face competition against her estranged royal family. Fans online have pointed out that Meghan’s brother-in-law could go to head to head with her as strawberry jam from Prince William ’s Duchy of Cornwall estate is currently available for £2.80 a jar at Waitrose.
