Brittany and Patrick Mahomes are making the most of the NFL offseason. While the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback still has some free time, he and the Sports Illustrated model decided to leave their kids with the babysitter and take a night off, at a Sporting Kansas City match.
The power couple made a stylish appearance at the Children’s Mercy Park in Kansas City, donning matching blue jerseys to cheer on the team. Their support seemed to bring luck, as the home team clinched a thrilling 2-1 victory over Seattle Sounders FC. Brittany shared their stadium adventure on Instagram Stories, capturing selfies with Patrick, who completed his sporty look with sunglasses, a baseball cap, and a stack of chains.
And a concert too
The fun didn’t stop at the soccer match. After the game, Brittany switched gears and headed to T-Mobile Center to enjoy Tim McGraw’s Standing Room Only Tour. Though it’s unclear if Patrick joined her for the concert, Brittany posted several clips from the show, including Tim McGraw’s heartfelt performance of “Live Like You Were Dying” and the crowd-favorite “Highway Don’t Care,” featuring a cameo from her friend Taylor Swift on the big screen.
This star-studded day out highlights the Mahomes’ deep ties to Kansas City’s sports and entertainment scenes. Not only are they fixtures in the local football community, but they also co-own the Kansas City Current, showcasing their dedication to supporting their hometown teams.
The date night also marked a rare parents’ outing for the high school sweethearts, who share son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon III, 18 months, and daughter Sterling Skye, 3. Balancing their busy careers and family life, Patrick and Brittany continue to be an inspiring couple, seamlessly blending their love for sports with their personal life.
