As Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift continue to figure out a way to make time for themselves amid their busy schedules, they’re showing the world they’re not afraid to make grand gestures (and spend some air miles) to see each other.
And, according to new sources, two of Kelce’s friends might also be joining his next international adventure. According to a source for Daily Mail, Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs teammate Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany Mahomes are thinking of joining Kelce in his next Eras Tour visit overseas.
“They have all talked about seeing some of Taylor’s shows overseas after the season,” a source recently told Daily Mail, adding that Kelce and Mahomes are planning to spend Christmas together after their Dec. 25 game in Kansas City.
And while the travel plans sound exciting, the source also reiterated Kelce and Mahomes’ number one priority at the moment: winning! “Patrick and Travis want to make it to another Super Bowl,” the source added. “The team, though still in the mix for playoff glory hasn’t played up to their potential this year and they are trying to right the ship.”
Therefore, their plans seem to be to focus on the games for now and to have fun overseas once the offseason begins next year. “They are great friends and colleagues; that will not change, and they are all about Brittany and Taylor being friends, but they don’t want to be tied up or tied down with all the personal hoopla they deal with till after the season,” the source said. Fair enough!
Prior to this report, it seemed like Swift and Brittany were becoming fast friends over the games and night outs with friends. At an October game, for example, in addition to spending time with Brittany’s two kids Sterling, 2, and Bronze, 1, the two debuted their very own handshake on live TV. Talk about best friend behavior!
If you ask us, a double date between all four of them (overseas or not) would make perfect sense and would make everyone so happy. After all, we’re betting Patrick can’t wait to become best friends with Swift too!
