The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, was chatting with his brother, Jason Kelce, and sister-in-law, Kylie Kelce, on “New Heights” when he made the not-so-subtle shout-out to his girlfriend’s festive tune. “We were a real tree family, and we did not cut it down, but we would go into, like, west Philly, and pick a tree because it was cheaper there,” Kylie, 31, told the NFL stars. “West Philly. Did you guys go out to Reading or Lancaster?” Travis, 34, asked.

“I heard there was a tree farm out there,” Kylie replied while trying to hold back from smiling. Swifties were quick to point out that the “Cruel Summer” singer, 34, was raised on a Christmas tree farm in Reading, Penn. — about 30 minutes outside of Lancaster County and more than an hour’s drive to Philadelphia. Swift and her family later moved to Nashville when she was 14 so she could pursue her dream of becoming a country music star.

In 2019, the Grammy winner released her Christmas tune along with a music video featuring clips of her childhood memories living on the 11-acre Pine Ridge Farm. “Not Travis dropping Reading, Philly and Kylie mentioning Christmas Tree Farm😭 they think they’re slick,” one fan tweeted along with a soundbite from the interview. “hey siri, play christmas tree farm by taylor swift,” another listener tweeted. “That Christmas Tree Farm reference was brilliant,” one person commented on YouTube. “The Christmas tree farm shout out…I see you Trav 🤩,” another added.

Kylie went on to describe the magical atmosphere of Christmas tree farms around the holiday season. “Let me be clear: The last couple of years we’ve gone to a Christmas tree farm, and it is delightful,” she said, to which the athletes agreed. “It’s so much fun. It really kick-starts the holiday feeling because you get to go out there, walk through a bunch of Christmas trees just living their lives and then chop one down and take home its carcass.”
